1. Application
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are applicable to all purchases made via the internet only (zamstore.com) from LA SOURCE sarl. The conditions of sale may be subject to change; the conditions of sale in force are those at the time of placing your order. The validation of the order by the customer constitutes acceptance without reservation of our conditions.

2. Orders
You can make all your orders by internet on our website zamstore.com.
After choosing your products, you confirm the contents of your shopping cart and proceed to the validation of your order. You indicate the billing address which will also be the delivery address unless otherwise instructed by you. Then you can validate your order by switching to secure payment by credit card. You will then receive a confirmation of your order by email.
If you do not wish to pay by credit card, you can reserve your order and indicate in the comments that you wish to pay by cheque, then send your payment to the order of LA SOURCE sarl at the following address:

3. Delivery time
We strive to execute your order as quickly as possible, the majority of orders are shipped within 72 hours. Orders are shipped by post or by COLISSIMO (www.laposte.fr). For some items the delivery time may be longer. If, however, and despite our vigilance, an item is temporarily or definitively out of stock, we will inform you by mail or by telephone in order to find an exchange or refund solution.

4. Shipping
Our products are sent by post or by COLISSIMO (www.laposte.fr).

When validating your customer account, the shipping costs are calculated automatically according to the weight of your package and after entering the delivery address (contact us if a country is not listed).


5. Return and Exchange
In accordance with Articles L.121-20 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of return fees. The period of 14 days shall run from the date of receipt of the items.

Concerning the downloaded articles, neither exchanges nor returns are possible.

If however a chosen item does not suit you, please contact us so that we do not report it. You can return it for exchange or refund in new condition and in its original packaging to our address: LA SOURCE sarl - ZamStore, L'Engayresque, 34650 ROQUEREDONDE. Costs of return and forwarding at your expense unless error on our part. Please contact us to take charge of your return if it is an error or a defect.

If you are not satisfied with an item, due to manufacturing or shipping problems, defective item, non-compliant with your order or damaged during transport, please contact us within 14 days after receipt of your order. After this period, we will no longer be able to replace or refund your items. After returning the item, our services will then carry out a verification and determine whether to send a new item in perfect condition or to refund it.
Once the refund is made, an email will be sent to inform you.

You also have the possibility to be refunded by voucher, discount coupon, of the value of your items to be replaced and valid on our online store for 6 months.

6. Discount Coupon
Discount coupons apply to all products in the store.
LA SOURCE sarl reserves the right to suspend or modify any discount coupons. No corresponding amount will be paid.
