Flags Om Mani Padme Hum

The prayer flags are arranged from left to right in a specific order. The color symbolizes five elements. Five colors symbolize space (blue), air (white), fire (red), water (green) and earth (yellow).

The mantra is that of Avalokiteshvara, the Buddha of compassion.
