This pack brings together all the key teachings Sogyal Rinpoche has given since the autumn of 2000. It consisits of both a written text and an extensive selection of teachings on audio CD. The first two parts introduce and explain key elements of the Buddhist path and present a detailed explanation of the practice of shamatha meditation.
